Athena is a trading interface that connects to the Kalshi prediction markets platform. The Service provides:
- Real-time market data display
- Fair value calculations based on historical data
- Order placement functionality
- Position and risk management tools
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Kalshi API Keys
The Service requires you to provide your Kalshi API credentials. You acknowledge that:
- Your API keys are stored encrypted on our servers
- You are authorizing the Service to execute trades on your behalf
- You remain solely responsible for all trading activity
- You can revoke access at any time by changing your Kalshi API keys
5. No Financial Advice
The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information, including fair value calculations, historical win rates, and suggested parameters ("Athena Suggests"), is provided for informational purposes only. You should not rely on this information as the sole basis for any trading decision. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
6. Trading Risks
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
- Technical issues, delays, or errors may occur
- The Service makes no guarantees about execution, pricing, or availability
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any trading losses or lost profits
- Service interruptions or technical failures
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Errors in data, calculations, or displayed information
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account with others
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service
- Use the Service in violation of Kalshi's terms of service
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
